The new Asus Zenbook 14 OLED has solid battery life and a gorgeous OLED screen. That said, it’s not much faster than its predecessors even with the high-efficiency Intel Core Ultra processor.

This 2024 Asus Zenbook 14 OLED UX3405 is a result of multiple updates and refinements over many generations of 14-inch Zenbooks. It's a premium portable laptop with no major flaws and a competitive price. It's also more powerful and more efficient that past Zenbooks, thanks to the Intel Meteor Lake hardware platform inside. So all in all, this is going to be a great option in its class in the next months and even years.

Hands on: Starting at $1,299 when it arrives early next year there is no question the Asus Zenbook 14 OLED UX3405 is a premium laptop. However, while it was previously a solid thin and light with good battery life, the injection of Intel's 14th Gen chips may open it up to buyers that perhaps felt they needed a little more performance.
